Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Method and Delivery Times
All orders ship with Standard Shipping (Tracked). Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days, depending on your country and city. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Holiday Orders
If you are ordering a gift, please keep the 15–20 business day delivery time in mind and order early so it arrives in time.

Shipping Costs
United States, Canada and rest of the world: 4.98 EUR per order (shown in your local currency at checkout).
European Union: 4.98 EUR per order.
Mexico: 4.99 EUR per order.
Spain: 4.98 EUR per order. Free shipping on orders of 100 EUR or more.
The shipping cost is a flat rate per order, no matter how many items you buy, and is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at nailiastore01@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
