We want you and your pet to love your HugPaw hoodie. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to all items, including items bought on sale.

How to request a return
Email us at nailiastore01@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back; packages sent without first contacting us cannot be processed.

Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong size or design, contact us right away with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Size exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? Contact us within 30 days and we will help you exchange it.

EU right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification. Our 30-day guarantee does not limit this right.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will notify you and refund the full amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was received, please contact us at nailiastore01@gmail.com.
